How do I place an inquiry?
Browse the catalog, add products to your inquiry list with the sizes and colors you want, then open the inquiry list page and submit it. You can also export the list as an Excel file and email it to us directly.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Each product shows its own MOQ on the detail page. Your inquiry list will not let you add a quantity below the MOQ. If you need a smaller trial order for sampling, mention it in the notes when you submit.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, sampling is available for serious buyers. Add the relevant products to your inquiry list and note your sampling needs, or describe them in this contact form. We will confirm availability and conditions by email.
What are the lead times and shipping terms?
Lead times depend on the products and order size. Shipping terms (FOB, EXW, etc.) and estimated transit are confirmed when we reply to your inquiry. We ship to overseas wholesale buyers worldwide.
